Because all of our products are custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on standard orders. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to replace the item free of charge.
Photo Quality Requirements
The quality of your final magnets depends directly on the quality of the photos you provide. We recommend submitting high-resolution images for the best results. Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements if the product quality is affected by low-resolution, blurry, or poor-quality photos submitted by the customer. If you have questions about whether your photos will work well, feel free to contact us before placing your order—we're happy to review them with you.
Order Errors
If there was an error with your order (wrong item, incorrect customization, etc.), please reach out to us immediately. We'll make it right by sending you a replacement at no additional cost.
