My name is Heather and I'm the owner and creator of Spellbound Magnets.

I was born and raised in Alabama, where I still live with my husband, Chris, and our two adopted dogs, Cinder and Ember.

What started as a small creative side project eventually became the next chapter of my career—a business built around celebrating life's favorite moments. I've always loved creating things with my hands, and I wanted to build something that was truly my own while helping others preserve the memories that matter most.

My love for magnets actually started long before this business.

Growing up, my mom collected a magnet from every trip we took together. As I got older, I carried on that tradition, spending every vacation on the hunt for the perfect magnet to remember the places I'd been and the people I shared them with. Those little souvenirs became more than decorations—they became reminders of adventures, laughter, and time spent with the people I love.

I've always been sentimental. I'm the person who saves ticket stubs, handwritten notes, photographs, and little keepsakes because every one of them tells a story. I wanted a way to bring those memories into everyday life—not tucked away in a box or hidden on a hard drive, but somewhere I'd see them while making coffee in the morning or walking through my kitchen.

That's what inspired this business.

The name of the company was a slight nod at my love for the world of Harry Potter, but mostly it represents the magic that can be born out of everyday moments. Those moments can quickly turn into cherished moments that stick with you (pun intended) and continue to spark those joyful feelings every time they are recalled. I want to help people continue to find that magic and joy.

Every magnet is handcrafted in my studio. I personally print, cut, press, inspect, and package every order that leaves my workspace. No mass production—just one person carefully creating something meaningful for another.
